Today I have finally realized that I am lucky to be here in Saudi and meeting some people across the net which shares the same interest like mine, they are the bloggers that I considered one of my friends (you know who you are).
Lastly, I wanna say, in this life, it doesn’t matter how slow you go for as long as you do not stop.
10 years ago, when I saw the first Spy Kids, starring Antonio Banderras, Carla Gurino as Mr. and Mrs. Cortez and the original Spy Kids Alexa Vega as Carmen Cortez and Daryl Sabara as Juni Cortez, 10 years later the star of that movie are now grown up, Alexa Vega is now turning 23 tomorrow August 27,201, She was married on October 10, 2010 to producer Sean Covel, in a ceremony held in his hometown of Lead, South Dakota. She wore an Ian Stuart gown and was walked down the aisle by Robert Rodriguez (Director and creator of Spy Kids), while Daryl Sabara in the other hand is now 19 years old and He appeared in the 2010 movie Machete, as well as in the MTV movie "Worst. Prom. Ever." which premiered Tuesday, May 10, and will co-star in 2012's John Carter of Mars.
So now that the two World’s best Spy Kids are now grown up, OSS needed to recruit a new one to replace our two heroes.
10 years after the success of first Spy Kids, OSS finally have come across the line to meet agent Rowan Blanchard as Agent Rebecca Wilson and Mason Cook as Agent Cecil Wilson, they are the step childrens of Melisa Wilson (Jessica Alva) the wife of Wilbur Wilson (Joel McHale) and also the sister of Ingrid Cortez (Carla Gugino).

For me the new Spy Kids movie is not just about a kid trying to save the world before bed time, it is not about 3D or 4D and Effects, it’s not just about the coolest gadgets you could ever had, it’s not just about beating the bad guys, but for me it’s all about “TIME”, from the title itself “SPY KIDS: All the time in the world”, it somehow show’s us or teach us how to value time, it teach us to do now what you can do today and do not wait for tomorrow because we are really running out of time in no time, it’s about spending time with our love ones because life is so short, to spend time wisely, it also teach us to listen to our parents or elderly for they have more experience than us, it teach us to work together and not against each other.
The New Spy Kids Movie is about a bad guy trying to go back in time to be with his Dad, when he was a little boy, he was trapped accidentally in a time travelling machine, because he was hard headed, his father told him not to play in the lab, be he didn’t listen, then one they during the run down of the experiment, he was accidentally trapped inside the time machine for several years, he have witness how his Dad grow old and die.
When he escaped from the time machine, he stole the necklace containing the fallen sapphire stone from outside the planet, because it’s the only thing that could stop the time machine called Armageddon Device, it’s the only thing that could stop him from going back time to be his father, the worse thing is the necklace happened to be owned by Rebbeca Wilson.

It has been a week or two since I saw the new Captain America Movie, after watching it I can say that it wasn’t really a movie at all but just a teaser and a preview of who he really was and how he became the symbol of patriotism, the movie was just a theatric premier of his past, Captain America is an American Soldier who was given a chance to serve his country during the World War II and was frozen many times in order to be preserved and awaken if we needs his help.
I really like the costume of Captain America, instead of a tights they make it something like a leather suit to which for me really matched every scene of Chris Evan wearing the Captain America Costume, the producer said, the reasons for this because tights are not yet available during WWII (World War II) and he is a Marines, so he must wear something like a leather suit in order to fit in to every scene.
There is this one scene where Chris Evan rune after the villain who stole the Super Soldier Serum which develop his Body and Physical skills, he was wearing a semi-fit hanging white shirts and a pants which is about 10-15 inches higher to his ankle, there is a lot of criticism I’ve read about this scene, there is one who said that, hanging shirt is not yet the fashion of the late 1940’s so why they let Chris Evan wears like this, but in the movie it was explained well, why he was wearing that kind of cloths, that scene was taken after his body and muscles was enhanced by the scientist to become a Super Soldier, he grew up taller than his original height in the movie, that is why his pants is shorter for him.
I really like the movie from beginning to ending, it was fun and exciting for me, but sad to say, they did not really focus on the life and story of Captain America during 1940’s, they immediately killed the main villain or Red Skull, although I am not really sure if he was already dead or not, and also they killed Bucky too, Bucky is supposed to be his side kick as per the Captain America Comic Book but just like Red Skull, everything is not really clear weather Bucky is really dead or not, because in the Marvel Civil War Bucky was accused of assassinating Captain America.
I also like the idea that power stark appears in the movie, and for your information, Power Stark is the father of Iron Man Tony Stark.
Stan Lee again made a cameo role in the film (which he always does in every Marvel Film). He was sitting and waiting for Captain America to come out, and he said to the guy sitting right beside him “I thought he was taller?”
Above all that, they ended right away the story of Captain America during the WWII, just like what I said this isn’t really a movie but just a teaser, during the last scene of the movie, a plane where Captain America is aboard crushed landed to snow somewhere in Alaska and Captain America was frozen for 70 years, and when he woke up it was already the year 2011.
The fact that he was frozen right away only indicates that they are no longer planning to make a sequel for Captain America and that the movie was just really a preparation for the upcoming 2012 Movie “The Avengers” and also Marvel is not planning to make a stand alone movie for any of the members of The Avengers Teams, they said that this will be the last. (Hmmmm… Truly? I remember Walt Disney said that “Pirates of the Caribbean: At worlds End”, will be the last film for that movie).
I am excited to watch The Avengers.

It was Thursday around 1pm, sometimes last month, Glenn were suppose to go to his cousin when he found this cute little bird sitting in one corner alone outside our gate, when he grabs the bird it didn’t fly or fight back, maybe he was hungry or something, maybe he is tired or thirsty, Glenn grab him and brought him inside our room, I can say that time that the bird was really tire and hungry, maybe because it was really hot outside, it’s already summer here in Saudi, we took him a picture and gave him a food then let him fly away after because my roommates doesn’t want him to be around he might just eheem,… you know what I mean… they don’t want that to happen.
Two weeks after, I went inside the other room, here in our villa, I was bored so I decided to have a chit chat with Dexter but to my amazed, I saw this little bird, hmmm.. “You kept him”, that’s what I said to Dexter, they said they found it outside the door, I told him that we found it first but let it go after, because my roommates doesn’t want him to be inside the room.
So that’s the beginning of a happy life for him… we gave him a name, actually I was the one who gave him the name “Maja” from the word Maharot… because the bird is so Maharot, he flies everywhere inside the Room, he sometimes fly to your head and rest there as if it’s his nest, every time he do that, we try to remove him from our head, but Dexter, he is different, he let him stayed in his head as long as he wants it, he let him played there.
We treat him like a person, we talk to them, everyday, and before I go to sleep I make sure I played with him even just for a minute. He is more alive now compared before.
We always gave him food, the last time I check he was eating Spaghetti and Chicken Asado.
If there would be someone whose gonna ask me what’s the best American Rap song for me, it would be Gangsta’s Paradise, as young Teenager I grew up listening this great hit from Coolio.
If we’re gonna talk about my high school life, it won’t be complete unless we won’t tackle about Coolio Featuring L.V. - Gangsta Paradise, because it’s one of my favorite Rap Song. For me the songs is pointing to everyone of us in the society, it speak about how young genre was raise by a strip and went to brother hood of gangster. It point to our face and telling us that indeed there are serious problem in street.
When I first heard about this song I was so amazed and at the same time afraid because the song sounds like it really has a soul of its own, it gives me the perception that in real scenario in real world only the toughest guy survive.
Every time I heard this song I remember my niece, we’re almost at the same age, after we played table tennis we go home to our house, we are walking in the street when I started to rap the song, I am all sweat in sleeveless M.J. Jersey while singing the song and My niece was the one who sing’s the chorus part.
I also remember watching the substitute teacher’s Michelle Pfieffer’s movie “Dangerous Mind”, it was a big surprise hit in the summer of 1995, leading to the creation of a shirt-live television series of the same title, it was based on the autobiography “My Posse Don’t Do Homework” by the former U.S Marine Lou Anne Johnson.
I also remember my hommies called D’Rap Templa, every day after school we hangout in one of my hommies house just to listened to different rap music starting from eheem of course 2pac, after that we will go to Zambonga’s version of Baywalk called The Boulevard of the broken dreames to eat Balot.
I have lots of stories behind this iconic rap song; it really signifies my personality, a black sheep and misunderstood by his family trying to fit in.
Just recently, I heard this song again when I watched the 2011 movie “Green Hornet”, it was the part where The Green Hornet and Kato driving their car called Black Beauty, they played this song.

Google +, my first thought about this new social network created of course by Google was “Oh come ‘on!!! Not again”, the last time Google tried to smacked down Facebook using Google Wave was a disappointment, in fact almost all users of Google Wave including myself don’t know what it is all about, they don’t know where to start and what to do with the site.
While Facebook is continuing to hit the road to slowly but surely murdering Friendster and MySpace, Google Wave then are giving a hard time for the users to understand its logic and principles.
So when I heard that Google is launching another version of Social Networking Site in their menu, the first thing that came to my mind was, “Be sure it would clean your mess”, then finally they launched G+ as an invite mode only, lucky for me I received an invites from a friend who is already using it, and so when I received the invites I did not hesitate to try it, I spent almost my entire day in the office yesterday exploring the beta test mode of Google.
Hell Yeah!!!! This should be it, “A new star was born” that is my first impression to the newest social media, although you will really find it bore on your first try, of course, come ‘on the social media hasn’t yet gone too far, it didn’t even yet last for a month or two, what do you expect, plus the fact that it is only for invite mode, you better watch out once they launch it on public yard!!!
G+ has all the feature of other social network, the common thing and nothing special like from photo sharing, tagging and posting you thought known as streaming but the most important thing I’ve noticed with the site was its simplicity, I mean it's my opinion, I don't know maybe for me Facebook is becoming more complicated than usual, I can say that once they launch it to public it will boom in the sky and create a big bang noise like a fireworks.
G+ focuses more on groups, privacy and sharing, once you share your thoughts, pictures, video via streaming, you will be ask to whom would you like to share it, then you have to decide whether you go public or just to a small amount of friends on your Circle.
You can post your pictures to your profile without allowing your boyfriend or girlfriend to have an access to it.
Grouping: compare to FB, you don’t just add a friend in your G+ without grouping them, there are four Standard Circle"Friends", "Family", "Acquaintances" and "Following." There is also an option for you to create new groups of friends; you can also follow people without their approval just like in Twitter, of course you can customized your FB Friends List but for me G+ is much easier to customized compare to FB.
Google Chat is known as Google Talk, but in G+ it is known as Hangout, I tried it already last night and it was pretty nice, because you can be able to talk to multiple people in your circle compare to FB Video Calling.
Personally I like G+ but of course I won’t gonna turn my back to FB.
For the meantime I can say that this is it, if it will not totally kill FB at least it will surely give Mark Zuckerberg a real head ache and competitor.
Daryl (born August 13 1955) A.K.A Daryl Martinez or Daryl Easton, an American magician based in Las Vegas. For common people he is just nobody but for Magicians he is known as “The Magician's Magician." Daryl usually goes by his forename only. He specializes in card tricks, close-up and parlor magic.
Twoof his most famous contributions to magic are the "Hot Shot Cut", a knuckle-busting sleight where the spectator's chosen card spins like a boomerang out of the deck, and the "Ultimate Ambition" trick which allows a card to be inserted fairly into the middle of a deck and yet appear back on top.
Darylbegin practicing magic at the age of seven when his friend gave him a deck of card which allows him to perform several tricks using that card, he then began thinking what are the other possibility he could do with this card, at first he only shows his talent to his family and friends but later he then perform on the street and night clubs.

After watching Daryl’s ACR performance, a question came to my senses “What If I would only have to perform one trick in my entire life what would it be and why?”
I guess my answer would be the same as Daryl Answer. The ACR (Ambitious Card Routine).
Ambitious Card Routine consist of endless phases and uses different sleight of hand and most of all, it is impromptu and requires no set up, just a regular deck of card and self confidence and you’re ready to go.
For me.... as one who also practice magic, I can say that Daryl is simply one of the best Magician ever live.

Early life and career

Today’s post is again about Mentalism, because like what I said, aside from being a part-time precisionist of magic I also practice that craft called MENTALISM, and as a part mentalist, I am trying to learn how to listen and manipulate once inner thought.
This is actually a special post about a good friend whom I’ve met in TSC (The Story Circle) way back 2009 when I was still in the Philippines, he is a Mentalist and a self confess Psychic and Medium, meaning he don’t just read your thoughts but also can talk to dead people, hmmm!!! I know you’re now becoming sceptics now, well it’s ok! We’re used to it.
His name is Nomer Lasala a.k.a Mind Master, he is one of Philippines best mentalist and a certified mind reader, psychic, medium, call it whatever you want but it’s all the same, it’s his profession, his passion and specialist, Nomer at young age has already showing his talent which eventually put him to the list of the Casino’s unwanted people, he was banned and not allowed to enter in any of the Casinos in the Philippines, because of the fact that he can be able to read mind.
Frankly speaking, at first I really don’t believe in such thing called mind reading, but when I met him most specially seen his performance live, that’s the only time I’ve convinced myself to believe that there are things in this world that certainly can't be explained, to read once mind is nothing but a fairy tales but this guy proves it to be real, he has a very strong knowledge about this craft and a very convincing method.
I couldn’t forget when he performed to Ali Sotto on his own show in GMA 7 called “Mind Master” where in during the segment he demonstrated his talent of being a part medium, I can’t explain in full details how he did that because it’s already exploitation but all I can say is that, during the session he tried to talk to the soul of the late Miko Sotto, he actually tried to talks to the dead soul of the son of Ali Sotto and as we all know Ali Sotto will not engage in any stupid or scripted act that involves her son and she was there right in front of Nomer when Nomer tried to connect with the spirit of Miko.

It’s true ladies and gentlemen, he has a lot of haters, but Nomer is a very professional player, he does not take it personally, he just ignores it and focus his attention to much important thing to do.
Nomer is one of Philippines' leading mentalist & arguably the best in his time.
