I really don’t know what makes it pretty special to see some famous personalities in your friends list or following list of your Social Media Account. Like for Example in my Twitter account I often see Anne Curtis (Filipina Actress) updating her fans through her Twitter Account or Alessandra De Rossi for instant she always teasing Smokey Manaloto (Both are from Philippine Showbiz) in Twitter.
But for the two of now best Social Media, it is something amazing to see your rival to sign up to your website.

Everybody knows that Mark Zuckerberg is the creator of Facebook and has admitted that he has G+ account, he signed up with G+ but never updated his account, not even once, but what makes it funny is that G+ admits that Mark Zuckerbergk has the most number of following, even though he doesn’t update his account. Paul Allen (not the Microsoft co-founder) in the other hand, he only has about some 23000 followers in his G+ account.

Just about a week ago, G+ has updated their Social Media, they already included Games as one of the options and service of their site, a lot of people has already tried playing some of the games.
Awhile ago, I was surprised to see Mark Zuckerbergk has also tried playing some of the Google Plus Games, I was like WOW!!! It’s Mark Zuckerberg playing here in G+. although I was thinking that maybe he just tried some of the games in G+ for him to have some Idea on how he can make Facebook much interesting than G+…
Well I don’t have problems if Mark Zuckerberg will play or update his G+ account.. Anyway he just human… and a very tough competitor. And just like what the old quotes says “Keep your friends close - hold your enemies closer”…

Daryl (born August 13 1955) A.K.A Daryl Martinez or Daryl Easton, an American magician based in Las Vegas. For common people he is just nobody but for Magicians he is known as “The Magician's Magician." Daryl usually goes by his forename only. He specializes in card tricks, close-up and parlor magic.
Twoof his most famous contributions to magic are the "Hot Shot Cut", a knuckle-busting sleight where the spectator's chosen card spins like a boomerang out of the deck, and the "Ultimate Ambition" trick which allows a card to be inserted fairly into the middle of a deck and yet appear back on top.
Darylbegin practicing magic at the age of seven when his friend gave him a deck of card which allows him to perform several tricks using that card, he then began thinking what are the other possibility he could do with this card, at first he only shows his talent to his family and friends but later he then perform on the street and night clubs.

At the age of 18 he perform in an exhibition held by the Kaiser Aluminum company, it was well received by audience and he began to travel with the company to perform at their exhibition. In 1999 and 2000 Daryl and his magician wife, Alison, toured the world with Daryl's "New Millennium World Tour Lecture". They lectured and performed in over 250 cities in 25 different countries.
He also performed in the 2001 inauguration celebration of President George W. Bush. He performed and held numerous magic lectures in Japan, including in February 1882, March 1983, 1985, September 1990, 2000 and November 2005. Daryl performed as a headline act at Caesars Magical Empire, Caesars Palace, Las Vegas for 7 years before deciding in 2003 to move, along with his young family, to the Sierra Foothills of northern California. There he continues to write, invent and perform magic for both lay people and the magical community.
Daryl won the gold medal at FISM - the World Congress of Magic (the "Olympics" of Magic), in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1982, with a routine that included his now famous Ambitious Card Routine using the Ultimate Ambition. He has been awarded 6 Academy Awards from the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California (no one has earned more). Twice, his peers voted him Close-Up Magician of the Year (1980 and 1981), twice as Parlour Magician of the Year (1986 and 1987), and twice as Lecturer of the Year (1988 and 1992). The list goes on and on with victories in every major competition he has entered. More recently he was voted one of the 100 most influential magicians of the 20th century by Magic Magazine.
He is well known to magicians as the presenter of many teach-in video series for L&L Publishing, including Daryl's Card Revelations, Encyclopedia of Card Sleights, FoolerDoolers, and Daryl's Ambitious Card Video. In addition to lecturing around the world, he also teaches individual and group lessons at his home. His wife, Alison Easton, was the first woman to be inducted into The Magic Circle.

After watching Daryl’s ACR performance, a question came to my senses “What If I would only have to perform one trick in my entire life what would it be and why?”
I guess my answer would be the same as Daryl Answer. The ACR (Ambitious Card Routine).
Ambitious Card Routine consist of endless phases and uses different sleight of hand and most of all, it is impromptu and requires no set up, just a regular deck of card and self confidence and you’re ready to go.
For me.... as one who also practice magic, I can say that Daryl is simply one of the best Magician ever live.

Early life and career
Maja Ross Andres Salvador was born on October 5, 1988 in Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. Her father, Rosauro Salvador (popularly known as Ross Rival), is an actor. Her mother is Thelma Andres. She is a cousin to Jobelle Salvador (one of the casts of the Bagets movie) and niece of Phillip Salvador, [3] a famous Filipino drama and action star—niece to Leroy Salvador, who was a famous versatile actor, and grandchild to the late Lou Salvador, a famous Filipino basketball player during the prewar era who has played for the Philippine national basketball team, later became an actor.
Career
Soon after, Salvador started receiving multiple offers to be in various films and television shows. Her biggest role was in the 2006 Philippine blockbuster Sukob along with Kris Aquino andClaudine Barretto. She is dubbed as the Horror Princess of Philippines Television. [4]
She was cast in May Bukas Pa, a primetime drama series on ABS-CBN with Zaijan Jaranilla, Rayver Cruz, Albert Martinez, Dina Bonnevie and many more. Today’s post is again about Mentalism, because like what I said, aside from being a part-time precisionist of magic I also practice that craft called MENTALISM, and as a part mentalist, I am trying to learn how to listen and manipulate once inner thought.
This is actually a special post about a good friend whom I’ve met in TSC (The Story Circle) way back 2009 when I was still in the Philippines, he is a Mentalist and a self confess Psychic and Medium, meaning he don’t just read your thoughts but also can talk to dead people, hmmm!!! I know you’re now becoming sceptics now, well it’s ok! We’re used to it.
His name is Nomer Lasala a.k.a Mind Master, he is one of Philippines best mentalist and a certified mind reader, psychic, medium, call it whatever you want but it’s all the same, it’s his profession, his passion and specialist, Nomer at young age has already showing his talent which eventually put him to the list of the Casino’s unwanted people, he was banned and not allowed to enter in any of the Casinos in the Philippines, because of the fact that he can be able to read mind.
Frankly speaking, at first I really don’t believe in such thing called mind reading, but when I met him most specially seen his performance live, that’s the only time I’ve convinced myself to believe that there are things in this world that certainly can't be explained, to read once mind is nothing but a fairy tales but this guy proves it to be real, he has a very strong knowledge about this craft and a very convincing method.
I couldn’t forget when he performed to Ali Sotto on his own show in GMA 7 called “Mind Master” where in during the segment he demonstrated his talent of being a part medium, I can’t explain in full details how he did that because it’s already exploitation but all I can say is that, during the session he tried to talk to the soul of the late Miko Sotto, he actually tried to talks to the dead soul of the son of Ali Sotto and as we all know Ali Sotto will not engage in any stupid or scripted act that involves her son and she was there right in front of Nomer when Nomer tried to connect with the spirit of Miko.

Being a Mentalist is not easy, you’ll get a lot of negative comments and a lot of haters, when I chatted with Nomer through Facebook chat and asked him if it’s ok with him if I’ll write a blog about him, this is what he answered to me.

It’s true ladies and gentlemen, he has a lot of haters, but Nomer is a very professional player, he does not take it personally, he just ignores it and focus his attention to much important thing to do.
Nomer is one of Philippines' leading mentalist & arguably the best in his time.

In the world of Magic, I can say that Coin Magic is the hardest thing to practice, it does not only required great skills but also a time consuming practice, Coin Magic is considered to be one of the toughest but yet one of the most fascinating act, whenever I see magicians who can perform this magnificently I can’t help myself but to say “I WISH I WAS HIM”… this is one of my frustrations actually, my level of skill in card magic is not that extensive but I can say that I got a lot of tricks to show, but in Coin Magic, the only thing I know is the “Coin Vanish”… at least I know a little…. Ehehehhe…

I met this guy way back 2008, it was August I think, My Friend Robert Zapata is the one who introduce him to me, It was in Gateway, after that we went to Mega Mall and met some other Magicians and proceed to IMC (Inner Magic Club) meeting in Pepeton’s Grill and Restaurant, Mother Ignacia corner Scout Borromeo Streets, Quezon City (weow!!! I hope I got it right)., , 2009 was the second time we met up, it was in IMC again, he became one of my closest friend since then, ay sorry, mali pala, it was in Circle C Mall, Wednesday yun…. Kala mo hah…. I remember, iniwan kami ni Anthony sa Magic Shop nila kasi may Magic Competition sa IMC noon, tapos may bumili pa sa amin ng Magic Box,I was the one who performed the Demo since hindi alam gamitin ni Tong, After namin isara ang shop, sumunod kami kay Anthony sa IMC, but before that, nilibre ko pa siya sa Tropical Hut. Nyeheheheheh…
When I formally joined the TSC January of last year, he became one of my good friends, he always taught me some basic coin magic and guides me on how to practice it, in TSC his name is considered to be one of the foundations of TSC, not just he is good in Coin Magic but also a very supportive to the Club, he is still young and still has a lot to learn. He is one of the local magicians who always drives me crazy whenever I see them performing.
Have you heard about the show Magic Gimik? Ahahha.. Mok’s requested that my next post about magic would be something like Magic Gimik, but eventually, I don’t want to end up like Bearwin Meily who was granted by the Magicians Group the title of “Persona Non Grata” or in other words “Unacceptable or Unwelcome person” clickThisfor more details, because he hosted that show and revealed some of the Secret Code of Magicians, but anyway, this is not about him, but this is about Frederick Garcia, the show lasted only for about a month or so, I am not sure, but they eventually changed it to Magic Bagsik after they knew that there is a lot of protest from the Magicians Group in the Philippines and also in other country, and I am happy to say that TV5 is very sport when it comes to competitiveness, they did what they know is right and gave justice to all Magicians out there, they changed the format of the show and even changed the Title, instead of revealing the secret of Magic, they invites Local Magicians to perform in their shows and have at least a minute of fame on Televisions and one of the guests was Frederick Garcia.
